Shipping policy

Due to the nature of everything being hand made, no exact time frame of shipping is promised unless prior communication has taken place. All items will be worked on promptly and will be shipped as soon as possible. 

Seller will take responsibility for items that arrive damage however cannot be responsible for items that were lost due to shipping carrier. In an event that does happen please contact seller and a replacement can be addressed
